Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern the use of this website and the framework under which Neuro Bridge Technologies provides services.
Last updated August 2026
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries made through it. Neuro Bridge Technologies is a software engineering firm based in Lahore, Pakistan, registered with the Registrar of Firms, delivering work to clients internationally.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
02Engagements are governed by a separate agreement
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver. Every engagement is governed by a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement or purchase order that sets out scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability.
Where anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
03Website content and accuracy
- Case studies, metrics and screenshots are illustrative of work delivered and may be redacted, anonymised or rebuilt with representative data where client confidentiality requires it.
- Timelines, team compositions and indicative commercial ranges shown on this site are typical, not guaranteed.
- We may change, add or remove website content at any time without notice.
- Technical descriptions are simplified for a general audience and are not warranties of any specific implementation.
04Acceptable use of this site
Our full expectations are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system.
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish the site at scale, or use automated tooling that degrades availability.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content through our forms.
- Do not send confidential third-party material or sensitive personal data through the enquiry form.
05Intellectual property
The site design, code, copy, imagery and the Neuro Bridge Technologies name and marks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without written permission. Client names, logos and product marks shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission or as permitted reference.
Ownership of work produced under an engagement is addressed in our Intellectual Property statement and confirmed in the relevant contract.
06Third-party links and services
This site links to live client products, demo environments and third-party platforms. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or terms. Demo environments are provided for evaluation only, may contain synthetic data, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
07Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
08Confidentiality of enquiries
We treat the substance of client enquiries as confidential and share it internally only with the people who need it to respond. Where an engagement requires a formal non-disclosure agreement, we are happy to sign one before detailed discussions begin.
09Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Governing law for a specific engagement is agreed in that engagement contract and is frequently the client's own jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date above shows when it last changed.
