Acceptable Use Policy
What is and is not permitted when using this website, our demo environments, and systems we host or operate.
Last updated August 2026
01Scope
This policy applies to this website, to any demonstration or staging environment we make available for evaluation, and to systems Neuro Bridge Technologies hosts or operates under a service arrangement. Where a client engagement has its own acceptable use terms, those apply in addition to this policy.
02General expectations
- Use our sites and environments lawfully, and only for the purpose they were provided.
- Respect the confidentiality of anything you see in a demo environment, including data structures, workflows and unreleased features.
- Keep any credentials we issue to you private, and tell us immediately if you believe they have been exposed.
- Do not represent yourself as Neuro Bridge Technologies, or as acting on our behalf, without written authorisation.
03Prohibited activity
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, servers or networks, or bypassing authentication, rate limits or tenancy boundaries.
- Penetration testing, load testing, fuzzing or vulnerability scanning without our prior written consent.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, ransomware, or code designed to disrupt, disable or degrade a system.
- Denial-of-service activity, or automated traffic that materially affects availability for others.
- Scraping, harvesting or bulk-extracting content, data or credentials, including for training third-party models, without permission.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or copying our software, interfaces or architecture to build a competing product, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or deliberately misleading content.
- Submitting real personal data, patient data, payroll data or other confidential third-party information into a demo environment.
04Demo environments specifically
Demo environments exist so prospective clients and reviewers can evaluate our work. They contain synthetic or anonymised data, are reset without notice, carry no availability commitment, and must never be used for live operations or to store anything you cannot afford to lose.
05Reporting a security concern
If you discover a vulnerability, please report it privately to neurobridgetechnologies@gmail.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before disclosing it publicly. Do not access, modify or exfiltrate data belonging to anyone else while investigating. We acknowledge good-faith reports and will not pursue action against researchers who follow this process. Our Security & Data Protection page describes our wider practices.
06Enforcement
- We may investigate suspected breaches and preserve relevant logs.
- We may suspend or revoke access, immediately and without notice, where a breach threatens security, availability or the confidentiality of client data.
- We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with their investigations.
- Where a breach occurs under a contracted engagement, the remedies in that contract also apply.
07Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services and threat landscape change; the date above reflects the current version. Questions can be sent to neurobridgetechnologies@gmail.com.
